My name is Eduard Lepner. Studied in Novosibirsk State University. After graduation started working with ESRI solutions in outsource team for Powel since summer 2012. In the May of 2016 relocated to Gdansk and enjoying life here 😊 My path in programming ranges from brutal desktop apps with COM Interop/some native code and ArcObjects for ArcMap to Cloud based multi-tenant web solutions.
